    Excellent.

    On the flipside, though, what would be workable methods for promoting collaboration from the perspective of a servant follower, in an organization that appears to be toxically top-down and militaristic.

    Theoretically speaking. :)

    Based on your other posts around justice and mercy (referenced, BTW at the dinner table last night by my husband as we were talking about this), I think one of the reasons I may be there is precisely this – think Esther with the king. Only my attractiveness will be how I’ve produced results for them (while advocating for my team, who are pretty downtrodden) in the midst of the toxic environment.
