		<description>I agree completely that managing people like robots will not get you the results you want. I stumbled on this idea when I was reading through Nehemiah 3. It seems like Nehemiah let the people work on the section of the wall closest to their own homes rather than breaking up their work by specialty or skill.
Do you think this is an example of treating people right by letting them work on what they want rather than using them like cheap labor?</description>
