I would also add that so much depends on God’s timing and where he wants us to be.

At times God has opened doors for me when I didn’t even have my hand on the doorknob, and then I fell through when I tripped over something that was lying around.

At other times I have prepared superbly and found that the door was deadbolted and impossible to go through.
