		<description>Matt, there is a problem with this goal-setting approach is if it&#039;s divorced from moral compass or a powerful strategic vision.  I could make perfectly acceptable SMART goals for 
* robbing a bank
* swindling my employer
* committing adultery
etc. 

I do agree that objectives should be sufficiently concrete to be measurable, and time-bound.</description>
