		<description>Matt, thanks for this reminder.  I wish this were easier!  As I grow older I find I&#039;m most often mistaking busyness for fruitfulness.  As Christians we&#039;re called to be fruitful, in the power of the Holy Spirit.  Fruitfulness requires rhythms of work and rest.</description>
