i&#039;m mtg w Campus Crusade leaders who oversee multiple countries and the role of bureaucracy has come up often. 

i will say to get to our vision there has to be an element of undisciplined-ness; there has to be some empowerment that causes disruptive growth and scales out of control. 

i would love to see organizational growth to such a degree that a central bureaucracy cannot catch up, and some hybrid of centralized and de-centralized bureacracy develop.</description>
