		<description>I used to work for a small company that implemented Lencioni&#039;s DbyM concept and have to say enjoyed it. Didn&#039;t revolutionize the co., but what it did do was change all of our thinking to productivity and efficiency and control, where before these things were just the opposite. Good stuff and good recommendation.</description>
