		<description>Absolutely...When systems are aligned with the vision &amp; strategy, then fewer things fall through the cracks and less errors are made.  The key is to continuously improve the systems, also!  My blog is titled &quot;Life is Realtionships...the rest is just details&quot;  Behind that is that you must have systems for developing the relationships.  If you do, the details will come.</description>
